Course Objectives: Technical systems during its life time manifest their qualities, which are often not in accordance with designed values. In this sense, it is necessary to follow a quality manner and describe the corresponding work has contribute, such as the type of cancellation, up time, down time, etc. In doing so, it is not only about the technique of analysis, but it is a different way of thinking in the design and during the life cycle of the machine. The aim of the lecturer is precisely the creation of this concept of thinking in students. |

Learning Outcomes: Students will understand the reliability as one of the main indicator of quality and the need to implement it in the process of operation and maintenance of the technical systems during lifecycle. They will understand the concepts that are directly related to reliability, as well as the availability, dependability, risk. They will know how to qualify and calculate the basic indicators of reliability regarding the time dependent and independent system, in the case of the various system structure, in the case of small sample. Actively use probability theory and statistics processing of reliability indicators. |

Conduct of the Course: Theoretical classes are held in the form of traditional lectures with multimedia support. Practical classes are conducted on the principle of study and research, where the teacher mostly encourages students to independently identify problems related to the reliability of technical systems to deal with them and make conclusions. |
