Theory teaching Introduction to the course, concept of lecturing and exams. - Structure of auxiliary works in surface mining. - Overview and basic parameters of auxiliary machines - Basic design and operational characteristics of auxiliary machines. Preparation works on surface mines and mechanization for the execution of these works: - initial development of the mine, (design and routes for the transport of basic machines, construction of assembly locations, construction of infrastructure facilities, assembly of basic machines, - cleaning of terrain in front of the mine (removal of buildings, forests, etc.), - preparation for dewatering (displacement of watercourses, construction of waterproof screens, drainage, etc.). Auxiliary works on surface mines and mechanization. - road works, maintenance of the road network on the surface mines, preparation of the route for the transport of basic equipment, moving the conveyor with rubber belt, moving the railway, assembly-disassembly, extending and shortening the conveyors), - earthworks (levelling, construction of ramps and shaping of slopes, ripping, construction of repair fields, works on excavation and loading of secondary materials), - lifting (disassembly and assembly works, transfer works, storage and warehouse works, special works), - auxiliary transport on surface mines (transport of consumables, machines, materials for filling, liquids and workers), - repair and conservation works (maintenance works for basic and auxiliary equipment) safety (cleaning the line of conveyors, drive stations, roads, channels, etc.). Additional works on surface mines and mechanization for carrying out these works: - Technical reclamation. Selection of auxiliary machines for surface pit (selection by type, technical characteristics and number). Calculation of the cost of owning and operation of auxiliary machines.Safety measures for the exploitation of auxiliary machines. Practical teaching Exercises will includepractical examples concerning the selection of machines, capacity verification, as well as the calculation of the required number of machines for performing auxiliary works on surface mines |
