Course Objectives: A student acquires knowledge on origin, evolution and diversification of a particular group of fossil organisms. |
Learning Outcomes: Knowledge on development of particular group of organisms, changes that it was subjected to, as well as possible causes of these changes. |
Content:
Theory teaching The origin of a selected group of organisms and links to related forms. Functional morphology. Development through time, migration, adaptation to environmental changes. The most important forms and their history. Development of the selected group on the territory of Serbia and the Balkan Peninsula. Practical teaching Laboratory work and work in the Collection |
