and Composition of metamorphic rocks, Metamorphic facies and protoliths.
Identification, classification, origin and occurrence/formation of metamorphic rocks. Chemical equilibrium/disequilibrium in metamorphism; metamorphic phase diagrams (ACF, A'KF, AFM, etc). Metamorphic processes and reactions. Metamorphic petrogenesis and evolution of pelitic rocks. Geothermobarometry. Metamorphic petrogenesis and evolution of mafic rocks. Metamorphism in different tectonic settings; metamorphic pressure-temperature-time (P-T-t) paths and their tectonic implications. Very low grade metamorphism (facies, reactions, index of crystallinity and geobarometry. Phase systems: CASH, CASH-CO2, NCMASH etc. Activity of CO2. Tectonic settings and metamorphism. Metamorphic rock of Serbia and other specific regions.
