Study program: Environmental Engineering (VI semester -BsC) Mineral Processing (VIII semester -BsC) |
||||||||||||
Name of subject: Waste Water Treatment | ||||||||||||
Instructors: Prof. Ljubiša Ignjatović |
||||||||||||
Status: Optional | ||||||||||||
ECTS: 5 | ||||||||||||
Prerequisites: - | ||||||||||||
Course Objectives: Acquiring the necessary knowledge of the composition of natural waters, the formation of wastewater and the basic physical, physicochemical and biological methods used in the process of water treatment, and above all in the treatment of wastewater (industrial and municipal). |
||||||||||||
Learning Outcomes: Based on the acquired knowledge, students can provide technological solutions, ie design simpler lines for purification of wastewater depending on the present pollutants, using appropriate procedures by which their concentration is reduced to the law predicted value (MDK or GVE) or to the quality that they can be used as reverse. |
