Getting to know the position of Serbia in tectonic plan of the Alpides and Europe. Different ideas of tectonic structure of Serbia. Study of geological structure and division of the main tectonicostratigraphic units on the territory of Serbia (Serbian-Macedonian mass, Carpatho-Balkanids, Dinarides and Pannonian basin with the intracontinental basins).Investigation of geological structure and singling out the main tectono-stratigraphical unit in the area of Serbia. Detailed review, syntheses, understandings and opinions on geological structure of this region (inner structure of tectono-stratigraphical units, tectonic characteristics, metamorphism and magmatism).

Theory teaching
View the position of Serbia in the tectonic plan of the Alps and Europe. Presentation of important literature in study of geological structure and extraction of the main tectonicostratigraphic units of the Carpato-Balkanida, (Serbian-Macedonian mass, Supragetikum, Getikum, Infragetikum, Danubikum, Mezikum). Terans of Serbia, geological structure. Within the aforementioned units are presented synthetic reviews of the opinion and understanding of the geological fabric of our space, the internal structure of tectonicostratigraphic units, tectonic characteristics, metamorphism and magmatism.
